This machine reduces the total cost of the powder mixing system, because it combines a mixer function and a pump functions into one. Usually the system allows extra equipment installed after the mixer, such as valves and heat exchanger, etc. which may weaken the pressure. While by using this mixing machine, there is no necessary to have additional pump to increase the pressure. The simplicity of this system makes the machine and its maintenance cost less. In addition, for batch stirred applications, it can work together with Alfa Laval rotary jet mixer, and provide the desired flow and pressure for the rotary jet mixer.
